Orders & Payments
We typically take 1-2 business days to process your order. Orders placed after 3pm (EST) Friday and over the weekend will ship by the following Tuesday (if in stock). Our fulfillment center is located in Massachusetts. If product is in stock normal delivery takes 3-5 business days; expedited shipments are possible (at an additional cost).
Most order changes can be accommodated by contacting customer service within 24 hours of placing your order. Email us at: email@example.com.
We accept most major credit cards (Visa, AmEx, Discover) as well as PayPal.
Standard shipping is FREE!
However, if you want items faster than the standard 3-5 business days, you can pay an expedite fee to have items delivered quicker (via Fed Ex).
Currently we only ship to valid addresses in the United States. We plan to offer more destinations soon, so check back often!
Upon order placement, you will receive an e-mail informing you that we’ve received your order. A second e-mail will be sent to you upon shipment from our fulfillment center that lists a tracking number.
Please allow 3-5 business days for standard shipment.
Underalls will not accept the return of any merchandise unless it was received in damaged condition, in which case firstname.lastname@example.org must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of delivery or return may not be approved.
Underalls will not accept the return of merchandise that has been worn, damaged after the item was delivered or if the item is missing the original tags.
Underalls reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with its return policy. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense. Unless all of the preceding conditions are met. All sales are final.
