Orders & Payments

We typically take 1-2 business days to process your order. Orders placed after 3pm (EST) Friday and over the weekend will ship by the following Tuesday (if in stock). Our fulfillment center is located in Massachusetts. If product is in stock normal delivery takes 3-5 business days; expedited shipments are possible (at an additional cost).

Most order changes can be accommodated by contacting customer service within 24 hours of placing your order. Email us at: orders@underalls.com.

We accept most major credit cards (Visa, AmEx, Discover) as well as PayPal.

US Shipping

Standard shipping is FREE!

However, if you want items faster than the standard 3-5 business days, you can pay an expedite fee to have items delivered quicker (via Fed Ex).

International Shipping

Currently we only ship to valid addresses in the United States. We plan to offer more destinations soon, so check back often!

Order Tracking

Upon order placement, you will receive an e-mail informing you that we’ve received your order. A second e-mail will be sent to you upon shipment from our fulfillment center that lists a tracking number.

Please allow 3-5 business days for standard shipment.

Return Policy

Full-priced items purchased ONLINE may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment if returned within 14 days of purchase.  Refunds are made to the original payment method. Items purchased with a store credit are non-refundable. Underalls will not accept a return if the item is missing the original tags attached to the product.  

Underalls will not accept a return on merchandise that has been worn, damaged after item was delivered, or if item is missing the original tags. Any product that is damaged upon receipt must advise Customer Service at hello@underalls.com within 72 hours of delivery or return may not be approved.

Underalls reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.

Once we verify the merchandise is eligible for return, we will send you return instructions. If you choose to use a shipping label provided by Underalls, $7.95 will be deducted from your refund for shipping & handling costs.

Please pack your return and remember to include a copy of your original Packing Slip along with the Merchandise.

No commitment - your card will not be charged. We'll simply validate your card through an authorization, so we can charge it if you decide to keep the item(s).

Try for 14 days

Try our leggings, shorts, and/or tops in the comfort of your own home. Make sure to leave all tags attached and all protective lining in place until you decide to keep the item(s), since we can't accept any returns if they are removed (Hygiene first!)

Just send back what you don't want, and you'll never be charged! But tbh, we're pretty sure you're going to love your Underalls.
